A few details.
A better starting point.
01 Your device or system, and what isn’t working.
02 When the issue started and any error message.
03 Your location and preferred way to be contacted.
04 Any steps you have already tried.
Let’s clear things up.
How does the support request work?+
The contact form prepares a draft email using your answers. You can review it, open your email app and send it yourself, or copy the request. It does not create a ticket or send anything automatically.
Can someone connect to my computer remotely?+
NerdHerd offers remote support. Contact the team first to arrange a session and confirm the appropriate tool and next steps.
Do you offer on-site visits?+
On-site support is listed for the region. Use the coverage checker on the contact page and ask the team to confirm availability for your location.
What if I don’t know which service I need?+
Choose “Something else” and explain what is happening. Include any error message and the device or service affected.
Should I include passwords in my request?+
No. Your initial request should describe the issue without including passwords, access codes or sensitive files.
